**Job Title**: General Maintenance Technician - Crunch Fitness (Multiple Locations)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Crunch Fitness** is seeking a dedicated and reliable **General Maintenance Technician** to join our team at our three locations. As a member of the Crunch Fitness family, you will help ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and running smoothly so our members can have the best experience possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs across all areas of the gym, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and minor carpentry.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance on gym equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping tools and materials in proper order.
- Respond to emergency repair requests from staff and members promptly.
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the gym, including floors, walls, and common areas.
- Assist with the setup, breakdown, and overall maintenance of gym equipment during events or facility upgrades.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Mechanical background or technical qualifications (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, or electrical certifications) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with gym equipment maintenance, including cardio machines, weight machines, and other fitness-related tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and fix equipment issues quickly.
- Prior experience in maintenance or facilities management, especially within a fitness center, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in handling maintenance tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
