Responsible for the development and implementation of additional event revenue opportunities within the local market

Oversees the planning, implementing, and coordinating activities, including center and community events, to maximize service quality effectiveness and efficiency

Manages all operations activities to ensure compliance with department and organizational policies and procedures

Serving Staff Planning for Each event and Allocating duty to FOH Staff.

Reponsible to operate an event with 100% Guest Satifaction.

Resolves escalated operational problems or issues to ensure customer satisfaction with problem resolution

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
