our team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in understanding, promoting, and

optimizing our products to meet the needs of our customers. You will collaborate closely with

cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support

to ensure our products exceed expectations and deliver exceptional value. If you thrive in a fast

**Responsibilities**
- Updating spreadsheets, must attend trade shows/customer visits, shipping and

miscellaneous other job functions. Fast learner, accurate and advanced typing skills

and ability to work independently. Devising and maintaining office systems.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products, including features, specifications, and
- Provide product information and support to internal teams and external customers as

needed.
- Assist with product demonstrations or presentations to showcase features and

benefits. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality

and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments,

and adjustments. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and

opportunities for improvement.
- Complete documentation related to product tracking, labeling, and compliance

requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing,

and customer service, to support product initiatives and promotions.
- If require, safely handle, package, and label products for storage or shipment.
- Use equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move and transport products within

the warehouse.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for all

warehouse activities. Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to

management promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
