Business Development Consultant

OneEngine Inc., a leading staffing agency, is seeking an experienced **Business Development Consultant** to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a background in staffing who want to leverage their expertise to bring in new clients and earn profit shares.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify and acquire new clients** across various sectors, including logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and factories, focusing on businesses that require staffing solutions.
- **Build and nurture relationships** with potential clients, showcasing OneEngine’s unique offerings and value proposition in staffing.
- **Collaborate with the internal team** to develop tailored staffing solutions that meet client needs and maximize satisfaction.
- **Negotiate contracts** and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term partnerships.
- **Maintain ongoing relationships** with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, leading to continuous profit-sharing opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Must have experience in staffing agencies**, ideally in a business development or sales capacity.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management within a B2B environment.
- Strong network in the staffing industry is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
