What you'll do?
- Provide operational support to our partnering firms, including Harness Investment Management, Foundation Wealth Partners & our White Label PM Firms.
- Respond to a high volume of daily requests, prioritizing according to urgency.
- Build relationships with top Advisors to deeply understand needs and offer exceptional service.
- Facilitate investment funding transactions and perform audit/reconciliation activities and related activities that require understanding of offered account types (Non-registered, TFSA, RRSP, RRIF, LIF, LIRA, and RESP).
- Work independently to service Advisors and their clients in smoothly processing deposits, withdrawals, money movement, and transfer inquiries, identifying escalations to management as required.
- Resolve discrepancies/ exceptions that frequently deal with more complex requests, requiring further analysis.
- Occasionally engage directly with clients, which includes pulling in appropriate stakeholders to drive solutions for challenging situations.
- Adhere to regulations and execute best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Take a proactive approach to client solutions, collaborating effectively with external partners and internal teams to assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

- Experience using SQL, Zendesk, and Excel is an asset.

**Nice to have**:

- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry
- Good understanding of back office, middle office wealth management operations.
