We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to lead our Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) Strategy & Innovation - PepsiCo’s largest category and to champion its growth and profitability in Canada for the long term.

A change leader and influencer, this role will set the agenda, be a strong people champion and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic planning process for CSD Portfolio (Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Business Review) ensuring it is robust and consumer validated.
- Lead commercialization of new innovation platforms through evaluation and financial assessment of the operational/manufacturing footprint across the different brands/businesses
- Wire and collaborate with the US Brand teams, Global PepsiCo and North America teams to ensure shared learning and strategic alignment for growth maximization.
- Support partner Keurig Doctor Pepper portfolio through operationalization of innovation and programming
- Collaborate strategically with cross functional teams on the marketing planning process for CSD portfolio ensuring the delivery of superior consumer centric innovation.
- Coach, motivate and lead 1 direct report.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business/marketing.
- Over 6 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing.
- Proven track record of analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated success in superior consumer marketing.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels.
- Highly business-savvy with a keen eye for opportunities.
- People management experience is preferred.
