**Responsibilities**:

- Clean windows, eaves, and gutters of residential properties, ensuring spotless and streak-free results.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, including ladders and extension poles, to reach high windows and gutters.
- Inspect windows and eaves for damage or potential issues and report findings to the client.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols, including proper ladder use and fall protection procedures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to answer questions or address concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
- Ensure that all work areas are left clean and free of debris after the job is completed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition, with the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Must have a valid driver’s license

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with high-reach cleaning tools, including extension poles and pressure washers, is an asset.
- Safety training or certification for working at heights is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
- Opportunities for overtime and tips.

**Location**:
This position will involve working primarily in residential areas across [Toronto/GTA].

**Schedule**:
Full-time, with flexibility required for weekend and evening work based on customer demand.
