Our window cleaning business is growing and we are seeking window cleaners to join our amazing team. If you have been looking for a career and not just another job our window cleaning position may be for you. Our window cleaning company is a small family business and we treat our window cleaners with respect and appreciation. We offer our labourers a fun, positive work environment. We want our cleaners to want to come to work every morning and enjoy their job.

Our window cleaners clean the interior and exterior of windows by mainly using a water-fed cleaning system. Safety is important and we provide exceptional safety training for our window cleaners. We also provide gutter cleaning and protection, screens skylights, and more. Our window cleaners meet at the office every morning to get ready for the day and more importantly to provide a team environment so they can start the day on a positive note.

**Compensation**:

- We provide company vehicles, gas cards and uniforms shirts
- Base pay is $18/hr but with bonuses, the hourly wage can increase to $25-$30/hr
- Pay is bi-weekly
- **No nights or weekends**:

- Health spending account (after 90 days)

**Work Schedule**: M-F 8-5

**Requirements**:

- Authorized to work in Canada
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Cannot be afraid of heights and be able to lift, carry and climb ladders
