The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and confirming all customer deliveries as well as ensuring that all the information in the customer’s account is accurate and up-to-date.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**_Coordinate Deliveries_**
- Communicate with the customer to arrange the delivery of office furniture as per customer availability and requests
- Follow up with the sales representative responsible for the sale regarding any issues, concerns, or changes
- Maintain the delivery schedule to ensure the efficiency and organization of the various teams involved
- Responsible for printing and organizing all paperwork for deliveries
- Other administrative duties as may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma minimum
- 1-2 years of office coordination experience required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
