L’équipe d’acquisition numérique du nuage stimule la croissance de Microsoft en aidant les clients à réaliser la valeur de Microsoft Cloud. Propulsée par une plateforme de ventes et de marketing connectés de classe mondiale, cette équipe utilise les renseignements de marketing pour atteindre les clients au moment et à l’endroit qu’ils préfèrent pour interagir numériquement, et ce, dans le but de les aider à régler leurs problèmes commerciaux. Nous exploitons les dernières innovations de Microsoft Dynamics 365 pour susciter l’intérêt des clients, collaborer avec nos équipes partout dans le monde, et acquérir et fidéliser une nouvelle clientèle pour Microsoft.

À titre de spécialiste numérique en entreprise au sein de l’équipe d’acquisition numérique du nuage, laquelle se concentre sur des solutions de travail moderne telles que Viva et Windows 365, vous travaillerez avec les plus importants clients de toute l’organisation. Vous dirigerez l’exécution quotidienne des priorités commerciales stratégiques de Microsoft, soit la vente de plateformes et services infonuagiques meilleurs de leur catégorie à nos clients gérés et la création d’un élan de transformation numérique pour nos clients, nos partenaires et Microsoft.

Ce rôle est flexible dans la mesure où vous pouvez travailler jusqu’à 50 % du temps depuis votre domicile.

The Digital Cloud Acquisition team drives growth for Microsoft by helping customers realize the value of the Microsoft Cloud. Powered by a world-class connected sales and marketing platform, this team leverages marketing insights to reach customers when and where they want to engage digitally to help solve their business problems. We’re powered by the latest innovations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to engage with customers, collaborate across our global teams, and acquire and retain new business for Microsoft.

As an Enterprise Digital Specialist within Digital Cloud Acquisition, focused on Modern Work solutions such as Viva and Windows 365, you will work with our most important customers within our enterprise organization. You will drive the day-to-day execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities - selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Responsabilités:

- Répondre aux normes opérationnelles et assurer l’exactitude des rapports sur les indicateurs clés, y compris les taux de réponse, le suivi de l’activité des prospects, les canaux, la conversion, la vitesse et la précision. Adopter les processus, les procédures et les outils du programme afin de produire des rapports opportuns et justes qui maximisent l’atteinte des objectifs stratégiques et fournissent des renseignements commerciaux, des tendances et des analyses.
- Collaborer et communiquer, ainsi que partager des pratiques exemplaires, des apprentissages et des renseignements sur les clients avec les groupes d’intervenants afin de rehausser les capacités de l’équipe et de favoriser un changement basé sur des données.
- Travailler dans un environnement d’équipe mouvementé, collaboratif et dynamique aux côtés de spécialistes de terrain, de ressources techniques et d’équipes de partenaires afin de gérer efficacement les occasions, d’offrir des expériences connectées aux clients et de générer des résultats pour ceux-ci au moyen des technologies infonuagiques de pointe de Microsoft, tout en favorisant la création de valeur tout au long de leur cycle de vie.
