A Caretaker / Maintenance needed for resort property,

Duties include,

General Maintenance of Property,

Landscape Maintenance

Summer season May-Sept 40 hrs. per week

Winter season Oct-April 20 hrs. per week

Must have own reliable transportation, respectful and friendly nature, diligent work ethic, able to follow direction and good communications skills.
