**VG Meats is looking for a Food Processing Technician in Simcoe, ON**

**What you will do as the Food Processing Technician**:

- **_ What you will do as a Meat Processing Technician:_**
- **_ Operate meat grinders and portioning machinery to create ground meat products._**:

- **_ Weigh and mix ingredients according to established procedures._**:

- **_ Execute daily operational schedule and ensure order flow is timely with supporting documents._**:

- **_ Ensure on-time shipments free of errors._**:

- **_ Maintain food safety and housekeeping standards at all times (good manufacturing practice)._**:

- **_ Participate in the investigation of customer complaints and identify corrective actions as required._**:

- **_ Monitor product inventory at all times and communicate at-risk items to the immediate supervisor._**:

- **_ Other duties as assigned._**

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Decision making, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively within a team.
- Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- WHMIS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience is an asset but not required
