**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an engaging, articulate Consultant who will play a crucial role in introducing new clients to the distinctive array of services offered at our center. This role is central to ensuring that every client is fully integrated into our system and comprehends the support network available to them. The Consultant will act as both a guide and a confidant, facilitating a seamless transition into our community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Offer warm and professional greetings to prospective clients. Conduct comprehensive, personalized tours of our facilities, emphasizing the distinctive features and benefits of our comprehensive health services.
- **Information Dissemination**: Communicate the intrinsic value of our services with clarity and enthusiasm. Ensure that all clients grasp the flow of Preventous Collaborative Health and the benefits inherent in our approach to wellness.
- **Consultative Engagement**: Gain a deep understanding of each client’s health objectives and preferences through diligent listening and insightful questioning. Craft and propose recommendations that are precisely aligned with their individual health goals.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing unparalleled customer service and consistent follow-up, thereby fostering long-term engagement and facilitating smooth enrolment processes.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with various departments within the organization to maintain a consistent approach to client interaction. Share insights from client interactions to help refine strategies and enhance service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience in customer service or consulting, with a strong preference for backgrounds in health, wellness, or related fields.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex information in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Robust organizational skills, with a proactive and client-centered approach to engagement.
- Flexibility to adapt to clients ’schedules, including availability for evening and weekend appointments.

**Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
