**Essential Functions - Principle Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Quality Control in all areas of project.

**OPERATIONAL**:

- Work with the Directors on ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
- Conduct Site Risk Assessments, and look for opportunities for avoidance.
- Work within the detailed project plan to track progress.
- Review field issues and opportunities with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator for the formulation of possible solutions.
- Ensure that corporate health & safety procedures, job site security, and safety standards are implemented and followed.
- Ensure job reporting and documents are obtained, submitted correctly and on-time.
- Follow up with subcontractors to make sure that job schedules are being respected and project is on track.
- Ensure manpower is effectively coordinated and material purchases stay in line schedule and budgets.
- Ensure positive communications with all persons associated with the project; both internal / external partners.
- Ensure timely completion of punch list work with.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRMENTS**:

- 5 years+ experience in construction industry.
- Exceptional knowledge of construction methods and building requirements;
- Excellent knowledge and capacity to implement health & safety standards
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Excellent proficiency at reading architectural plans and technical drawings;
- Thorough knowledge of construction standards and best practices;
- Leadership to drive all projects on time and on budget;
- Great management and communication skills with labor, sub-trades and suppliers;
- Ensure our strict quality standards are always met;
- Applicants must have strong background and proven experience in the construction industry.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Travel may be necessary.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
