- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients
- Providing quality customer service to patients
- Registering patients on arrival
- Assisting in general medical administrative duties (running patients, answering phones, organizing patient referral, cleaning & organizing of clinic)

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- MOA certificate from a recognized institution (preferred)
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical administrative environment

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
- Passion for helping people
- Second language is an asset
