**Role Overview**:As a Creative Designer at Sweet Jane's, you will be an integral part of our design team, responsible for infusing your passion for color and aesthetics into every aspect of our visual presence. You will collaborate with customers and other team members to create designs that are not only elegant and eye-catching but also align with our brand identity and objectives. Your keen eye for detail and your ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals will drive the success of products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and assemble captivating gift baskets that cater to various occasions and themes, ensuring each basket reflects our commitment to creativity and quality.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized gift basket recommendations.
- Execute visually appealing and imaginative in-store displays that attract and engage customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries confidently.
- Select products that align with our brand's standards of excellence, ensuring a diverse and appealing product range.
- Assist in managing inventory, replenishing products, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Uphold the company's reputation for providing a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in gift basket design, visual merchandising, or a related creative field is preferred.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for color, arrangement, and design composition.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, address customer needs, and provide recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer preferences and seasonal demands.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and record-keeping.
