The Summer Student, LifeWorks Learning is responsible for working with LW team members to ensure business needs are being met - gathering requirements for improvements and acting as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lead for all eLearning and new custom builds. This role is also responsible for ongoing support required by team members to ensure the clients' needs are being met in a timely fashion.
- Helping to build the Specialist SharePoint - transferring processes and resources from the o: drive
- Additional administrative support as required (i.e., reporting, updating internal trackers, provider lists, etc.);
- Acting as UAT tester for online eLearning and additional tools/systems as necessary;
- Supporting team, troubleshooting issues related to online programs and associated systems;
- Additional projects, duties and committee participation as assigned.

Succeeding as the Summer Student, LifeWorks Learning will require the following:

- Must be currently enrolled in a university or college;
- Students must be mature and independent workers who possess a variety of degrees and/or diplomas;
- Skills working with teams and individuals and their awareness of cross-cultural trends in wellness and health promotion;
- Students will work five (5) full days per week, Monday-Friday until end of August.
