The Co-op Student, TELUS Health Learning is responsible for working with TELUS Health Learning team members to ensure business needs are being met - gathering requirements for improvements and acting as UAT lead for all eLearning and new custom builds.

This Co-op role is also responsible for providing ongoing support required by team members to ensure our clients' needs are being addressed in a timely fashion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting team in troubleshooting issues related to online programs and associated systems
- Reviewing content for online client portals
- Providing e-Learning and LMS administration and support, including adding and removing LMS users as needed
- Supporting team with webinar technology
- Acting as testing lead for online client portals, internal operating platform, and additional systems as necessary
- Supporting online and scannable survey tools, including testing tools as needed
- Moderating webinars on occasion as needed
- Training new users on online programs and associated systems
- Supporting the Instructional Designer team by reviewing client training materials
- Completing additional projects, duties and committee participation as assigned

Succeeding as a Co-op Student, TELUS HealthLearning will require the following core qualifications:

- Must be currently enrolled in the Centennial College Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion program
- Must be a mature and independent workers who possess a variety of degrees and diplomas
- Must possess skills necessary to work with teams and individuals
- Must have an awareness of cross-cultural trends in wellness and health promotion

Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health office or customer premises.
