**Job Summary**
**Are you a natural leader with a passion for food and customer service?** Shawarma County is seeking a motivated and experienced **Manager / Supervisor** to lead our dynamic team and ensure smooth daily operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and train staff in all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall dining experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to foster a positive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Proficient in kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work **morning and evening shifts**, including **weekends and holidays**
