**Position Summary**

To assist in the construction of residential homes and work closely with team members to complete assigned tasks on time and within tolerance in a manner that aligns with Reform Contracting values and goals. This position requires the employee to provide their own personal hand tools and to wear all required PPE.

**Competencies**
- Experience in Rough and Finish Carpentry
- Attention to Detail and Quality Control
- Scheduling and Time Management

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and schedule the correction of deficiencies or outstanding items
- Work constructively as part of the team to meet scheduling deadlines
- Participate as required in Workplace Health & Safety procedures and initiatives

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years in residential construction as a Skilled Handyman or Service Technician
- Technical education or equivalent in acquired site education
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, product specifications and plans
- Solid understanding of residential construction methods and materials
- Inspecting and understanding all aspects of the construction is essential
- Meet current Health and Safety training requirements for low rise residential construction
- Comfortable in the use of technology - smartphones, tablets or computers to record, review and communicate information
- Must have valid Driver’s License

**Workplace Environment and Conditions**
- The physical demands will be standing, walking, kneeling, squatting and bending for long periods of time on a regular basis.
- Work will be conducted under various weather conditions and temperatures and will be primarily indoors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- 8 hour shift
