**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and clamp trucks to facilitate the movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory levels and manage order picking processes.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Assist in order picking to fulfill customer requests while maintaining high accuracy levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to operational standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions for new equipment or procedures as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping & receiving protocols is essential.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts, cranes, and clamp trucks, is required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to [insert weight limit]) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
