**WORK LOCATION: HYBRID- **Office/ Client Work Sites/ Work from Home

**COMPENSATION**: Commensurate with experience. Health Benefits, Bonus Plan.

The Geo-Environmental Consultant works collaboratively with team members and clients to execute a variety of projects that primarily involve geotechnical, hydrogeological, and environmental site assessments. You will be working on multiple project files ranging in value from $10s of thousands to $1M or more.

Responsibilities will include:

- Preparing well thought out scopes of work and proposals
- Overseeing all aspects of multi-disciplinary projects, including on-site project resources, teams, and tasks
- Managing client relationships and expectations throughout the lifecycle of projects
- Ensuring project timelines are met safely, on-time, and within budget
- Mentoring and supporting junior and technical field staff
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging regulatory requirements and industry best-practices
- Participating in developing and/or presenting and attending conferences to develop your own expertise and to elevate BlueFrog’s reputation in the industry

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering with an earth sciences focus, hydrogeology, environmental earth science, or a similar program
- P.Eng or P.Geo designation would be considered an asset
- 6-9 years’ work experience in the environmental consulting sector
- Expert working knowledge of applicable Ontario Regulations and Standards
- Experience completing and/or supporting geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations
- Experience executing or assisting with Phase I and II environmental site assessments (ESAs) and O.Reg. 153/04 compliant Phase One and Two ESAs
- Experience executing or assisting with O.Reg. 406/19 Excess Soil Management projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Creative mindset and problem solving skills
- Strong client service attitude, responsiveness and sense of urgency
- Valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
