For over 25 years, museumpros has provided exemplary service and support for private/public institutions, private clients/collectors, art galleries, international art shippers, art fairs, and designers. _**museum**_**pros **offers local and international art transport, art-handling, installation, storage, fabrication, framing, crating, conservation and much more.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Install artwork, sculpture, and installations in a variety of settings and scenarios
- Pack artwork and objects for safe transport using a variety of materials and methods
- Use basic construction techniques and safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and woodshop machines
- Load, transport, and unload artwork daily from trucks and other vehicles. Occasional movement of fine furniture, objects, and other high value household items as project requires
- Operate vehicles responsibly (G class) and navigate to multiple daily stops
- Interface with clients, curators, and designers during projects to ensure client expectations are met
- Fill out work orders with arrival and departure times, item counts, and material purchases as well as make cursory condition reports
- Be mindful of multiple daily projects, interacting with museumpros office and clients to update arrival times and expectations
- Act as a courteous and responsible customer facing employee
- Report to various museumpros departments and understand specific project expectations
- Report to Keele/St Clair area Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm, occasional evening/weekend work is required (with corresponding overtime pay or lieu day)

**Key Qualifications**:

- Experience working with fine art services companies, museums, and/or galleries OR
- Experience working in trades with a focus on accurate measuring, layout, material handling, and basic construction
- Demonstrated experience in art handling, installation, trades, and/or customer service
- Valid G driver’s license
- Able to lift heavy objects and work in a physical environment
- Forklift, elevated work platform, working at heights, first aid, and other training certificates considered an asset
