About the Role

We are seeking a skilled **AI Data Analyst** to join our dynamic team at Miramed Research Inc. This role will be pivotal in leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to extract actionable insights from complex healthcare datasets. As an AI Data Analyst, you will work closely with data scientists, researchers, and healthcare professionals to analyze clinical trial results, medical studies, and patient data, helping drive innovation in healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models to analyze and interpret large volumes of healthcare data, including clinical trial results, patient outcomes, and medical studies.
- Clean, preprocess, and organize large datasets to ensure high-quality and usable data for AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and deliver AI-driven insights that support clinical and operational decision-making.
- Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance in predicting healthcare outcomes.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for efficient data processing and model deployment.
- Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and AI in a healthcare or research setting.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to present complex data insights effectively.
- Knowledge of clinical data standards and formats (e.g., CDISC, HL7) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
- Experience working in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or research sectors is highly desirable.

Additional Skills and Experience (Optional)
- Experience with deep learning models and natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms for data storage and AI model deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $25.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
