**Job Title**: Maintenance Cleaner

**Location**: Lansdowne Centre Mall, Richmond BC

**Shift**: 9:30pm - 6:00am

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for reliable, conscientious individuals with who take pride in shiny clean spaces. This is a part-time opportunity to support our client by providing an essential service - keeping their workforce safe. If you understand the importance of Health & Safety, sanitation and cleanliness, we want to hear from you.

**What You Will Be Doing**:
Cleaning and sanitizing that includes washrooms & other common areas
Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping all floors in the mall area
Collect and dispose trash in garbage containers on a regular basis.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the site supervisor or manager

**You have**:
Motivation and a willingness to work and learn
Strong time management skills in order to ensure all work is completed by the end of shift
Ability to take initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks, even with mínimal supervision
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine
Knowledge of WHMIS is not required, but considered an asset
Cleaning experience is considered an asset, but not required
Must be able to pass a background check
