Company Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation lawyer to become a part of our team in the Mississauga head office. This is an opportunity to build on your practice under our highly experienced and growing team.

Practice areas of law/ responsibilities for this role:

- Real Estate litigation (both residential and commercial)
- Business litigation
- Corporate litigation
- Breach of contract
- Landlord and tenant board

Skills/Qualifications Required:

- MUST have at least 3 years of working experience as a litigator
- Previous experience of real estate and business litigation an asset
- Strong research skills and ability to draft efficiently and diligently
- Experience with drafting pleadings and other court documents
- Ability to handle litigation files with mínimal supervision but will have firm’s full support in training and guidance
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to have strong relationships with clients
- Ability to speak in more than one language is a plus

Additional requirements:

- Called to the Ontario Bar
- License in good standing with the LSO
- Excellent academic credentials

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience
