Lead Hand/ Working Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete pre/ post work quality management forms via our QAQC app
- Complete assigned tasks and monitor progress.
- Ensure that safety regulations are followed (we also document all vehicles/ trailers pre and post work via our QAQC app.
- Use safe work practices while operating equipment and completing any expected tasks.
- Inspect safety equipment and tools regualarly prior to use.
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise in the production process.
- Procurement and scheduling of materials. Using company truck you may be expected to pickup necessary materials per the direction of the office.
- Skidsteer and any other equipment operation experience is an asset
- Framing/ carpentry experience is a requirement
- Valid class 5 with clean drivers abstract
- Ability to drive a 1 ton dually truck with trailer is a requirement
- Ability to drive a 1 ton dually truck with an equipment trailer and safely load and tie down equipment is a requriement

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

- Parkland County, AB T7Y 0H7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
