**Join Our Team as an EIFS Plasterer**

We are currently seeking skilled **EIFS Plasterers** to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and safety components.
- Install EIFS system components including Air barriers, foam insulation, base coats, mesh, flashings and finish coats
- Rasping of insulation, decorative and architectural bands, mouldings and trims
- Embed mesh and smooth out base coat to ensure a flat, even surface
- Repair, patch, or replace existing EIFS as needed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout project sites

**Work Environment**
- Work is performed **on-site** at various locations throughout the maritime provinces

Conditions include working **at heights**, **outdoors**, and sometimes in **cold or refrigerated environments**

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in EIFS, stucco, or plastering trades

**Certifications**:

- WHMIS Certificate (required)

**Physical Capabilities**:

- Lift up to 75lbs
- Frequent, bending, kneeling, crouching, and prolonged standing
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- comfortable working under pressure and with tight deadlines

**Tools/Equipment**:

- Must bring own **hard hat** and **steel-toed safety boots**
