**Qualifications and Qualities we look for**:
- Proven experience as a Spray finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of products associated with wood finishings.
- Ability to stain natural wood, stage 1 and 2.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for finish by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Select and mix paint colors to match specifications
- Ensure the finish is applied evenly and without drips or runs
- Monitor drying times and make adjustments as necessary
- Clean and maintain spray guns and other equipment
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard
