**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate group sessions to educate clients on various pre-prepared topics that foster recovery from addiction and mental health
- Follow daily schedule and group session delivery times to ensure successful program execution.
- Supervise clients in community and scheduled activities
- Write support notes detailing client interaction events
- Dispense pre-approved medications to clients and record dispensation
- Participate in staff meetings
- Prepare 1 meal per shift for clients

**Experience**
- A certificate or diploma in the field of addictions or mental health is strongly preferred
- Group facilitation experience
- Strong public speaking skills and able to engage audiences effectively
- Ability to quickly adapt to different modalities of session delivery
- Knowledge of computers and technology
- Knowledge of food prep, cooking and cleaning

**Requirements**:

- *Must have lived experience*
- *Must have a valid Driver's License*
