**Riverside Marine**

**Position Description (Service Tech Marine)**:
This position requires trouble-shooting, diagnostics and performing high level service for all our Marine products and other related equipment. High level of performance is required by this position which covers a wide variety of tasks therefore the individual must be well rounded in mechanical skills. The position requires that all work is thoroughly tested to ensure the unit is ready for use by the customer. Installation and repair of aftermarket accessories is also required by this position. General shop cleanliness and organization are also important and expected. This job description reflects the general duties of the job but is not a detailed description of all duties which may be inherent to the position.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Must have Marine and\or Powersports mechanical skills. Added training will be provided in house.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced positive environment
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have attention to detail and self-motivated
- Must be an enthusiast of our products
- Must have industry knowledge and a willingness to learn
- Must be dependable and have excellent time management skills
- Light lifting will be required
- Problem solving skills
- Basic computer skills (LightSpeed experience and Diagnostic Software) are an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Marine Maintenance & Repair Occupations: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
