**Position: Junior Bookkeeper**
**Reports To: Financial Controller**

**What does a Junior Bookkeeper with Paul Davis do?**
- Assist with all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Payroll
- Job Costing
- Journal entries
- Invoice uploading
- Administrative tasks as requested

**Team Qualifications (Requirements)**:

- Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
- Dedication to customer service
- Organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Experience working in a construction environment (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (bilingual is an asset)
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- 2 Years minimum bookkeeping experience
- Intermediate Excel experience
- QuickBooks Desktop experience
- Experience in job costing accounting
- Desire to continually learn new things
