**Customer Success Manager - Nursing Schools**
**Job description**
**OVERVIEW**
NurseAchieve is a leading provider of software products that support nursing schools. We provide preparatory courses through a combination of clinical excellence and technology leadership that enables a personalized curriculum approach that benefits all our students.
We help nursing schools and their students prepare for their entry to practice exams by developing online platforms that include question banks, adaptive mock exams, content review, flashcards and summary sheets.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Our customer base is growing rapidly, and our client relationships are our top priority. We’re specifically looking for a customer success manager who will roll up their sleeves to help maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as a main point of contact for any inquires.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as the main point of contact relating to client concerns and needs
- Create customer accounts and distribute licenses to users
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any license updates and renewals
- Assist in creating custom tests and assessments
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Provide training to faculty or student users
- Respond to enterprise and end user inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Customer support and account management experience
- Ability to work on multiple workstreams independently
- Superior organizational skills and ability to track details
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, OneNote etc)
- Analytical mindset and not afraid to understand the details
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- A record of academic achievement
- Familiarity with nursing, academic institutions and/or SaaS software is an asset
**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-secondary education required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $0.10 per year
