Overview:
The People & Culture Support Administrator performs administrative work related to People & Culture functions including Total Rewards, Disability Management, Benefits, Employee & Labour Relations, Respectful Workplace, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnerships, and Talent Management. The position provides accurate, professional, and confidential administrative services to support the department and oversees all front office procedures and practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide confidential administrative support across all People & Culture functions and responsibilities, including providing assistance with corporate program and policy administration and ensuring related documentation is created and maintained.
- Provide departmental reception, acting as the first point of contact, greeting internal and external customers by phone or in person.
- Perform office administration tasks, including note-taking, typing correspondence, reports and forms, filing, photocopying, scanning, mail distribution, and ordering and maintaining inventory of department supplies.
- Enter and maintain data into various corporate systems (HRMS, SharePoint, etc.).
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the People & Culture department.
- Liaise with other internal departments and external vendors (i.e. Premises, Information Technology, RBC Convention Centre, etc.)
- Prepare Contract Approval Forms and Service Agreements.
- Provide confidential administrative support in the recruitment and selection cycle for Talent Acquisition functions including:

- Schedule and coordinate testing, and distribute assessment tools
- Prepare interview packages
- Schedule interviews that require an HR representative
- Prepare and send out New Hire Packages

Qualifications:

- Certificate or diploma in administrative support, human resources, business administration, or related discipline.
- Three years related office experience, including one year in an administrative support position.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to identify and recommend innovative and effective solutions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to multi task and work within set timelines.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction.
- Advanced knowledge of applicable office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to set and manage conflicting priorities and adapt to changing circumstance.
