**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients with disabilities or those requiring assisted living support.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospice care, nursing homes, or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care principles, including dementia care techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client assistance.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor towards clients.
- Certification as a nurse or caregiver is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts based on client needs.

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
