**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Safely dismantle buildings and structures using hand tools and heavy machinery.
- Remove hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations.
- Operate equipment such as jackhammers, excavators, and bulldozers.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other construction professionals to restore or build new structures as needed.
- Follow schematics and project plans to ensure accurate execution of demolition tasks.
- Perform caulking, masonry work, and construction painting as required during restoration efforts.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to maintain safety standards.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in demolition or related construction fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices is a plus.
- Skills in carpentry, electrical work, welding, or masonry are highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for various projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols on job sites.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift
