We're looking for a hardworking Construction Laborer to work on our current projects and become the newest addition to our team.
- carpentry skills;
- Knowledge of different fence styles (wood/ chain-link) (demolition to installation);
- Knowledge of deck building (demolition to installation);
- Familiar with and able to use power and hand tools;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision;
- Problem solving abilities while working under pressure;
- Able to lift up to 50lbs, i.e.: heavy lifting;
- Ability to communicate with customers on site in a courteous manner;
- Own tools (not required but preferred);
- Comfortable working at some heights;
- Have a good attitude, work well with a team or individually and is reliable.

Description/ Responsibilities:

- Deck demolition;
- Deck construction;
- Digging and setting fence and deck posts;
- Fence demolition (wood and chain-link);
- Fence construction (wood and chain-link);
- Carrying/ lifting material to and from work truck/ driveway/ yard to work area and from work area;
- Carrying/ lifting material into disposal bin.
- potential additional pay for mileage, potential additional pay for gasoline.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
