The Food Service Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence within our food service locations and the Imagine Employment Program.

**Duties**
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train team members in food handling, preparation, and service techniques.
- Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock while minimizing waste.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and positive experiences.
- Support individuals living with disabilities in providing job coaching and goal setting.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Class 4 Saskatchewan Driver License
- WHIMIS
- CPR & Frist Aid
- Food Safety

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
