Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Writing technical documentation for Intercept global technology audience and maintaining succinct and concrete branded content and communications, ensuring alignment with brand voice and compliance standards, to determine key points of communication for Intercept’s marketed technology products.
- Reviewing, revising, drafting, updating and editing existing written materials related to Intercept’s marketed technology products and platforms and suggesting revisions to standardize messaging to improving clarity and understanding, while ensuring consistency of tone and voice and making edits to existing language based on performance and engagement metrics.
- Conducting research and collecting information from industry sources and clients to create a catalogue of information and communicating these complex technology topics in a clear and engaging manner for non-technical audiences.
- Documenting emerging technology trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and shortfalls with existing written content and making edits to content strategies based on data, customer insight, brand direction and industry trends.
- Based on input and information from Intercept’s internal departments and clients, developing content that educates users on Intercept’s marketed highly technical products, that is on-brand, compliant and strategically aligned with clients’ voice and goals.
- Reviewing and editing content to ensure that brand guidelines and tone of voice are followed and standardized across all channels and maintain a unified brand voice.
- Meeting with internal teams to understand communication needs, and thereafter drafting, editing, and ensuring consistency of communication and brand message materials to ensure alignment with brand voice and compliance standards.
- Ensuring quality standards for platform content are met and in line with technical information provided by Intercept’s client’s product designers and engineers.
**Requirements**:
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer arts or a related field.
- Extensive experience in aligning content with editorial guidelines and language preferences specific to large enterprise organizations.
- Proficient in using MS Outlook, MS Word.
- The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
