**Summer**School**Teaching**Positions (High School**Math, Science, Socials, and English)**

St. Lawrence School's summer session classes run in two monthly sessions July (7th ~ 31st) and August (4th ~ 29th). Courses are scheduled in morning and afternoon sessions, Monday to Friday.

Vacancy Summary

Location: St. Lawrence School Vancouver, BC

Position: Summer School High School Teaching Positions (Math, Science, Humanities, and English)

Compensation Package: $50 - $80 per hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: Two monthly sessions July (7th ~ 31st) and August (4th ~ 29th)
- Committed to educational excellence.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, with internal and external community members.
- Understanding of other cultures and the ability to communicate in cross-cultural environments.
- Ability to be tactful, demonstrate excellent judgment, and work as a positive and collaborative team member.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, parents, staff and community members.
- Ability to identify and assist students with emotional and other health concerns.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Well-organized, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A willingness to follow the school's policies and procedures.
- Enjoy leadership in extra-curricular student-based activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other educational technology.
- Cover letter and resume, listing special certificates, licenses, honours and awards.
