**Territory Sales Manager / Histology Lab (Remote)**
**Cadent Sourcing is partnering with a rapidly growing AI technology company, based in Dublin. They provide software solutions for both non-clinical and clinical Pathology.**
We seek an experienced **Territory Sales Manager / Histology Lab **who will build partnerships and collaborate to meet revenue and growth targets in the Canadian Market.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor or Higher in the relevant scientific field.
- **Minimum 3 years of Business Development / Sales Experience in the Canadian healthcare services industry. Experience selling service into histology laboratory in a hospital.**:
- Knowledge of & experience with Canadian healthcare regulations and requirements.
- Successful track record in **B2B sales **with strong negotiation & persuasion skills.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients to meet their goals.
- Experience working **within pathology, laboratory, oncology, academic medical centers, and/or clinical services.**:
- Experience in Clinical Diagnostics is desired.
- Experience in field-based client relationship management or sales is a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with **healthcare or pathology services in Canada.**:
- Experience with **Canadian clinical guidelines and regulations.**
**Travel Requirements**
- Ability to undertake travel to international training events and conferences as required.
**Work Environment**
- This position is a Remote / Field-based position; the work environment shall be considered the user’s home working location, customer locations, and trade events/exhibitions as required.
- This position will require remote collaboration with associates on GMT, plus US Time Zones (PST through EST), and on occasion Central European Time
**The Role**:
- Identify and qualify clinical and private histopathology labs for potential outsourcing of reporting tasks.
- Build partnerships and collaborations with histopathology labs to drive revenue and meet growth targets in the Canadian market.
- Leverage your proven track record in Clinical Diagnostics to communicate the value of product effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using sales CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce to streamline and enhance sales processes.
- Present clear and easily understood proposals to hospitals, outlining the benefits and value proposition of the product/services, with a focus on addressing their specific needs and challenges.
- Introducing new product/service developments to prospective clients.
- Acting as a representative of the company at regional trade shows, conferences and events.
- Complete all mandatory company training and job specific training required for the role, including ISMS, GLP, DocuSign, SDLC as applicable.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
