**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records using Estate-a-Base.
- Preparing Probate documents to be sent to the Courts.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Manage phone communications with professionalism, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Must have 3-5 years experience dealing with Wills & Estates.
- Strong skills in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure error-free documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Meet with clients as needed.
- Proficient in using Estate-a-Base, office software and equipment.
- This is an in-office position.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
