Fleetworx is looking for a Highway Trailer Body Repair Person to join our team.

This position will be responsible for:

- Repairs on semi-trailers, reefer trailers, dry van trailers with some truck work
- Kemlite repair, suspension work, riveting and some welding
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Prepare, fabricate and weld various metal constructions
- Dismantle and repair trailer structures as the main focus of the job
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure completed work meets all standards and requirements
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory

What we are looking for:

- Mechanically inclined and basic knowledge of hand tools, with preference given to those with related experience
- Willingness to take on new challenges and grow with experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to manage repair tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
