POSITION OFFERED: PICK UP COUNTER - REPRESENTATIVEJob Description: The incumbent will report to the Pick Up counter supervisor and is responsible for assisting customer by entering orders, doing credits/returns, processing orders and maintaining organization for orders. 8-5 shift Monday to Thursday and 9-5 FridayEssential Duties:Assist customers by processing pick up orders and returnsMaintain and monitor customer pu orders to ensure they are picked in order Place customer orders as requiredPick warehouse orders as requiredAnswer telephones as required Other duties as assigned by supervisorQualifications:Demonstrate strong time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication and listening skills knowledge Excellent customer service skillsEnergetic professional with a strong work ethic Computer literateAble to lift up to 70 lbsBenefits:Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits package Stock Purchase/Option Plan Positive reward-based environment Who are we?Richelieu Hardware is a North American leader and an agent for change in a dynamic and creative industry.
