Counter Sales Associate

The incumbent will report to the Pickup Counter Supervisor and is responsible for assisting customer by entering orders, doing credits/returns, processing orders and maintaining organization for orders. 8am -5pm shift Monday to Thursday and 9am -5pm Friday
Essential Duties:
- Assist customers by processing pick up orders and returns
- Maintain and monitor customer pick up orders to ensure they are picked in order
- Place customer orders as required
- Pull warehouse orders as required
- Answer telephones as required
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Demonstrate strong time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication and listening skills knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic professional with a strong work ethic
- Computer literate
