The incumbent will report to the Pickup Counter Supervisor and is responsible for assisting customer by entering orders, doing credits/returns, processing orders and maintaining organization for orders. 8am -5pm shift Monday to Thursday and 9am -5pm Friday

Essential Duties:

  • Assist customers by processing pick up orders and returns
  • Maintain and monitor customer pick up orders to ensure they are picked in order
  • Place customer orders as required
  • Pull warehouse orders as required
  • Answer telephones as required
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication and listening skills knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Energetic professional with a strong work ethic
  • Computer literate
