**Responsibilities**:

- Manage sales activities on WeChat and Little Red Book platforms to promote our products/services.
- Engage with customers effectively through messaging and comments to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt responses and resolving issues in a timely manner.

**Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional campaigns.**

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in using WeChat and Little Red Book for sales and marketing purposes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
