As a Tech Savvy Virtual Marketing Assistant, we expect that you will:

- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn marketing strategies and implement them effectively.
- Utilize your tech-savviness to navigate platforms such as Shopify, Drip, Facebook Ads Manager and other online software systems.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team, ensuring efficient collaboration and workflow.
- Drive the growth of our farming operation by executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Continuously learn and improve your skills through guidance from the marketing program and coaches.
- Work closely with Farm Rebel (a direct-to-consumer marketing coaching program for Beef Farmers that Prairie Farm Foods is enrolled in)

**The Reality of This Role**:
As a Tech Savvy Virtual Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work full-time in a partially remote setting. You will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and utilizing platforms such as Shopify, Drip, and Facebook Ads Manager. While prior marketing knowledge is not required, your enthusiasm to learn and implement marketing strategies is essential. You will have access to a marketing program and coaches who will guide your learning and provide support. Effective communication, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to work independently are vital for success in this role.

**Qualifications**:
To excel as a Tech Savvy Virtual Assistant, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Strong tech-savviness and ability to learn and navigate various platforms.
- Eagerness to learn marketing strategies and implement them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team and follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately execute tasks.
- The self-motivated and proactive mindset to work independently and take initiative.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Drip, and Facebook Ads Manager (preferred, but not required).
- Passion for regenerative farming practices

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
