**Process Operator - Night Shift**

We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Process Operator to learn and grow your career with an innovative, fast paced, growing Food and Beverage Company.

**About Joriki**:
Joriki is an innovative food and beverage company. We have been servicing the food and beverage contract packaging needs of North America for over 20 years. We have four world class food production facilities, state of the art production lines and the latest technology in blending, filling and packaging equipment. Key processes include UHT, HTST, Steam injection and Aseptic Homogenization. Plant equipment includes Aseptic PET filling, ESL Carton filling, ESL PET Filling, Tetra Aseptic filling and in-line PET bottle blow molding.

**Job description**

**Outline of the Role**
- Operate operating machines on all lines (Processing)
- Achieve production targets while meeting quality standards
- Implementing new line procedures and processes determined by management
- Perform product changes, CIP, and SIP operations in the pasteurizers per quality requirements
- Ensuring that the production line operates without incident or down time
- Perform autonomous maintenance as needed but not a regularity
- Document key processing parameters
- Operates machinery as needed
- Support maintenance when the line is down, troubleshoot
- Work in concert with Batching
- Operate Batching equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Technical diploma (preferred)
- Courses in Food Technology / Food Science / Biotechnology
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous food experience is considered an asset
- Able to complete documents in a legible fashion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
