As the Process and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing workflow in a high-paced Digital Advertising and Website business with an advanced team of strategic and operational experts. The role is primarily responsible for overseeing client and product activation from sale to launch and managing the software to track and report on campaigns, activities, and goals. Additionally, the role will support a wide range of tasks and dependencies for the Digital Advertising, Website teams and additional Business Units as required.

The Process and Operations Specialist will consistently track all activities within Digital Advertising and Website teams and provide reporting to key stakeholders that enables them to adjust strategies and operational processes. Also, to note the teams are present throughout multiple offices including Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto, so utilizing web communications and collaboration software is a key aspect of the role. The position will report to the Manager, Process & Operations and collaborate closely with Senior Managers.

**What you'll do...**

**Campaign Management**
- Manage all operational aspects of campaign setup in Salesforce
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign flow
- Work with various stakeholders to create and obtain customer lists
- Create Campaign infrastructure for Dashboarding and exporting for further analysis
- Work with stakeholders to push through all Campaign creations and launches of those campaigns.

**Process & Analytics**
- Manage the web-based software that triages optimization and technical support issues to the appropriate teams and collaborate with the Senior Managers to ensure completion.
- Ensure that learning is conducted, and enhancements are recommended to the overall campaign process flow
- Coordinate various reports and analysis across multiple teams and business units (such as Sales, Customer Service, Operation)

**Management Support**
- Producing a weekly, monthly, and quarterly Campaign and Optimization report highlighting all the key activities being tracked, overall progress and goal completion.
- Support additional ad hoc programs, as required

**What you'll need...**

**Education and Experience**
- Post-Secondary education in a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience working in analysis or operation roles, advertising agency or within a marketing department.
- Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Suite (including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of accuracy
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently
