Answer telephone, and assist callers, direct to appropriate team.
- Gathering information necessary to provide quick and efficient estimates.
- Monitoring sent estimates, following up, and creating project status reports for project managers, general contractors and president.
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that on-site members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
- Reviewing and assisting with project tenders to ensure the full scope of the project has been quoted
- Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing processes.
- Working directly with the PM to ensure the project goes as smoothly as possible.
- Complete purchase orders and procurement of materials and supplies for project
- Entering the sales order in the system with as much details as possible.
- Working with warehouse team to verify inventory, schedules during production and shipping schedules.
- Build & maintain relationships within the department to help promote cohesion and fluidity between team members.
- Complete project tasks on time and budget
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Issue purchase orders based on the Scope of Work form, receive job costs, gather bills of lading and other related documents
- Prepare and submit reports to management as requested

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
